We know you'll be super excited waiting for your Lyrebird Wear delivery so we always give you the tracking details! We post in two different ways: Australia Post: the most common tracking number format is a combination of 13 alphabetic and numeric characters, usually starting with 2 alphabets, following by 9 digits, and ending by "AU" (e.g. EE 999 999 999 AU). Lyrebird Wear is based on the beautiful Northern Beaches in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We don't have an office open to the public at this time.

If you have registered to receive email newsletters from us, you can remove your email address from our list at any time. Lyrebird Wear complies with the standards, procedures and requirements detailed in the Data Protection Act.
We are serious about making sure our customers are happy with our product; so if you don’t wash it, wear it, or tear it we will allow returns within 7 days from when it's received. Must also be in the original packaging. Lyrebird Wear reserves the right to deny a purchase return if it is damaged or soiled in any way. If the product is faulty we will accept returns within 7 days from when it's received.
This question may be surprising to some of you, but we do hear it from time to time! Yes they are underpants and are designed to be worn under your clothing! But...many of our customers also report using them for exercising, housework, lounging, yoga and other pursuits! So...they are not just underpants!
